Administrative Chief, Misdemeanor Division
Ms. Dodds is the Administrative Chief of the Misdemeanor Division at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where she has worked since she began practicing law eight years ago. In her role as division chief, she oversees 35 attorneys, two investigators and 14 support staff. Ms. Dodds, whose specialty is criminal law/prosecution, earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisiana-Monroe, and a dual Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech’s School of Law and Rawls College of Business, respectively. A native of Mansfield, Texas, she is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas District and County Attorney’s Association (TDCAA), and Training Advisory Committee for TDCAA.
